Add SmartTachograph Rev2 support
- Downloading new TREP 31, 32, 33, 35 depending on tacho generation
- Downloading SmartTachograph Rev2 related extensions from driver card / workshop card/ company card / authority card
- Extend analyzing to support the new SmartTachograph mass memory download format
- Extend GUI to show generation of download.
- Extend signature check to support new download format
- Use card owner for filename generation for Company and Authority cards which include the necessary information
